Job Description:

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.

• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.

• Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or unloading deliveries.

• Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure the trash area is clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Ability to commit to working 6 days a week, including weekends, from 11 AM to 11 PM, with rostered days off.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.

• Problem-solving skills to quickly address any issues that arise in the dishwashing area.
