Job description

•    Greet members and guests warmly, manage check‑ins, and handle walk‑in enquiries.
    •    Respond to phone calls, emails, and online enquiries about memberships, facilities, and promotions.
    •    Assist with membership sign‑ups, renewals, freeze/cancellation requests, and update member records in the system.
    •    Handle POS transactions for membership fees, retail products, and other services; reconcile daily payments and receipts.
    •    Manage access control (e.g. key fobs, entry issues) and ensure only authorised members use the club.
    •    Schedule and update appointments/classes for personal trainers and group sessions where applicable.
    •    Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable front desk, lobby, and common areas; report facility or equipment issues to the manager.
    •    Support basic club operations such as towel/amenities replenishment and stock checks for front‑of‑house items.
    •    Assist in simple sales and marketing activities (e.g. explaining promotions, capturing leads, supporting outreach events).
    •    Enforce club rules and safety guidelines; escalate conflicts, misconduct, or emergencies to management promptly.
