Job description

You will be responsible for leading a team of Student Care Centre staff in the operations and management of daily after school activities for primary school children 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall planning, Centre operations and staffing.
  • Attend to Student-Parent matters relating to students' issues
  • Supervise programmes and learning journeys
  • Involved in staff selection, development, delegation of duties and performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on student enrolment, expenses, manpower, training and etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in senior teachers or higher role, preferably in a student care/tutoring environment.
  • Love working with young children between 7-12 years old.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • PC literate
