Job description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant who are Mandarin speaking, and able to work under Part-Time arrangement for at least a year. The role provides administrative and coordination support that involves managing schedules, communicating with clients, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and performing general office tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with clients to confirm or fix appointment times.
  • Prepare presentation materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Support the recruitment process by:
    • Posting job listings and screening applications.
    • Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
    • Assisting with onboarding arrangements for new hires
  • Basic administrative and operational support
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Independent and resourceful with a professional attitude.
