Location: Near Bugis MRT / Rochor MRT (Ideal for LASALLE students)

Overview

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive to handle weekly cleaning and restocking at our learning centre. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces neat, organised, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

1. Weekly Cleaning & Maintenance

• Follow the daily cleaning checklist posted on the walls.

• Tidy and arrange all chairs and tables — ensure everything is neat and aligned.

• Remove stains and marks from walls using the magic sponge (use gently to avoid removing paint).

• Vacuum the entire floor thoroughly with the main vacuum machine; follow self-cleaning procedures after use.

• Clean the charging bay area, empty and wash the dirty-water bucket, and air-dry the HEPA filter.
   

2. Restocking

• Printer Paper: Refill all four trays; reorder when supplies run low.

• Food & Drinks:

  • Restock fridge drinks and snack shelves (from Shopee Supermarket, nearby supermarkets, or Shine Korean Supermarket).

  • Maintain supplies of biscuits, drink sachets, cutlery, snacks, and prize items.

  • Order Lotus Biscoff via Shopee picklocker.

• Water Cooler: Replace tumblers when empty; reorder when stock falls to one.

• Aroma Diffuser: Reorder refills when low.

• Garbage Bags & Cleaning Supplies: Monitor stock (sponges, plastic bags, masks, sanitiser) and notify Charlene when items need reordering.
   

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 3 times per week.

• Lives near Bugis MRT / Rochor MRT preferred.

• Bonus: Ideal for students studying at LASALLE College of the Arts.
