- Own the end-to-end recruitment process (intake → sourcing → interviews → offer → hire)
- Proactively source candidates using Fastjobs, Indeed, other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and culture fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes for a smooth candidate experience

- Talent sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
- Candidate screening and interviewing
- Hiring related
Work Environment & Hours:
- In-office role with flexibility to meet deadlines.
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
