Location: Fort Canning Hotel
Employment Type: Part-Time (3-Month Contract)
Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week (Rostered)
Work Hours: 6am to 3pm / 10:30am to 9:30pm

 

Job Description
We are hiring a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in a 5 star hotel environment.
This is a 3-month contract role.

 

Benefits:

  • Transport provided for 6am shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks

  • Prepare and portion ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating)

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and food preparation areas

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items

  • Support overall kitchen operations as assigned

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for the full 3-month contract

  • Minimum 3-6 months experience of kitchen crew experience

  • Willing to work on weekends

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
