Job description

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operations

  1. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations
  2. Detect and report machine faults, malfunctions, or product quality issues
  3. Support onboarding and training of new operators where required

Standards & Compliance (Work Instructions / Targets / Quality)

  1. Carry out tasks in accordance with established procedures and performance targets
  2. Record operational data (where not automated) to ensure proper traceability

Requirements

  1. Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts
  2. Able to wear required work attire, including jumpsuits, in accordance with safety and operational standards
