Job description

Up to 1-month performance bonus
Office Location: Novena / Clarke Quay

  • Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
  • Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
  • Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
  • Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
  • Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
  • Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
  • Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
  • Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

  • A Levels and above
  • Singaporeans
  • Call Centre experience is a big plus. No experience is welcome to apply!
  • Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore
  • Familiar with KPI-driven environment.
