Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Suggest products that go beyond customers' expectations.
- Become the expert on our products and do demos that leave a lasting impression on our customers.
- Always ensure price cards are updated
- Take note of stocks on hand and update Account Manager to order for those stocks running low
- Keep counter and product displays clean and organised
- Stay ahead in the tech world by keeping up with the latest trends, and making sure you are updated with the latest products.
- Go beyond just selling – Help our customers with setting up or any technical issues after their purchase.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in related industry required
- Sales Driven
- Willing to participate in roadshows whenever required
- Able to stand for prolonged hours
- Good Customer Service
- Outgoing personality
