Job description

Supermarket Promoter

Date: Every weekend
Time: 1pm - 9pm (1 hour unpaid dinner break)

Position: Supermarket Promoter

Location: Scarlett Singapore (Westgate/ MacPherson/ PPC Chinatown)

Hourly Paid: $15/Hour (1.5 times pay for public holiday)

Job Duty :

  • Demonstrate and promote specific products to customers.
  • Encourage product trials and increase product visibility.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Approach and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries about the product.
  • Provide samples to promote product experience.
  • Submit daily activity or sales reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the demo or promo area.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Take photo when you work.
  • Record and report sales and customer feedback.
     

Job Requirement

  • Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is preferred.
  • Experience working in exhibitions, trade shows, or similar events is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
