Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Customer Service team in Singapore.

  • Update warranty tags and records for customer products.

  • Maintain and manage the product loan tracking system.

  • Perform data clean-up and organization tasks using Microsoft Excel.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data.

  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.

  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented in work execution.
