Job Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Customer Service team in Singapore.
Update warranty tags and records for customer products.
Maintain and manage the product loan tracking system.
Perform data clean-up and organization tasks using Microsoft Excel.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data.
Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented in work execution.
