Contract: 1 year

Main Office: One-North

Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 530pm), Sat (9am - 130pm)

Responsibilities

Ensure medical samples and reports are handled and transported safely, accurately, and promptly to diagnostic lab and GP clinics. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, and adherence to strict protocols to maintain sample integrity and patient confidentiality.

• Organizing logistics of sample collection and transportation.
• Managing paperwork, including labelling, tracking forms and ensuring all samples are documented and accounted for.
• Adhering to PDPA policy, ensure no breach of patient confidentiality.
• Ensure that medical samples and reports are delivered timely.
• Perform simple verification checks on the recipient before handing over item(s)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Valid license (Class 2A/2B) with good driving records
• Must have own motorbike
• N/O Level certificate
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to work independently
