Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other procedures.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and home care.
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing with valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Relevant clinical experience in one or more nursing disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
