Job description

📍 Location: Fort Canning (DTL)

⏲️ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

🗓️ Dates: 9 – 13 February & 15 February

🍱 Breaks & Meals: 1-hour unpaid break, meals provided

 

✨ Job Scope

  • Assist in preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

  • Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes

  • Support baking, decorating, and finishing of pastries

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment

  • Pack and label pastries for display or sale

  • Assist with stock preparation and basic inventory checks

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

  • Support the pastry team with ad-hoc kitchen duties

Requirements:

  • Must have food hygiene certificate 
  • Experience in pastry
