Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries, student registrations, withdrawals, waitlists, and fee collection.

  • Keep accurate enrolment records and follow up with leads to achieve enrolment targets.

  • Prepare financial documents, process GIRO payments, and track payment status.

  • Provide front-desk service and assist with communication to parents.

  • Support marketing activities and maintain sales or promotional materials.

  • Manage general admin duties such as filing, purchasing, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.

  • Help with centre and company events, ensuring all activities comply with ECDA regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of early childhood admin experience
