Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales targets and expand our market presence. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable, fresh produce, FMCG, F&B, Hospitality, or related industry

 

Key Responsibilities

⁠Generate New Sales:

  • Identify and approach new customers.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Building Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns.

Achieve Sales:

  • Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.

Vegetable Knowledge and Development:

  • To identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.

  • Familiar with all types of vegetables. (Training will be provided)

Reporting and Performance Metrics:

  • Be able to work according to the management's performance target.

  • Track and report sales performance and results.

  • Continuously improve sales performance and results.

 

Requirements for Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.

  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Be able to work in fast-paced environments.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Multilingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
