Job description

Responsibilities:

• Online Sales Management: Oversee sales activities across company websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Develop effective sales strategies, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure seamless online transactions.

• Sales and Customer Service: Engage with walk-in customers, promote products, coordinate installation and delivery schedules, prepare invoices, manage payments, and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Team Collaboration & Administration: Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to support sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, coordinate courier arrangements, manage quotations, and encourage customers to share reviews.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail experience
