Job description

5.5 days , 8am - 5pm / 8am -12pm 

Toa Payoh , 3 months contract !! 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers
  • Schedule and manage appointments through the system
  • Tally and reconcile invoices at the end of each day

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
