Job description

AD-HOC PROPERTY Operations RIDER (S$24 / hour PEAK, S$16/ hour Non Peak)

(MUST OWN MOTORBIKE)

Location:  Hougang & Kovan

Working Hours , Pay

  • Block 2: Evenings: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: $75 per block
  • Block 1: Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: $50 per block

Key Responsibilities

·       Simple Room Inspections (check appliances in working condition) & Photo Taking

·       Simple Handyman Work (assemble simple IKEA table, chairs etc).

  • Motorbike Ownership (Compulsory)

Additional Hourly Top-ups

  • S$24 / hour for any extra Hours (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
  • S$16 / hour for any extra Hours (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM).

Payment

  • Paynow after job completed.

Convert Permanent Part-Time

  • Reliable Riders may be converted to Permanent Parttime. Fixed Basic Pay + Monthly Allowance + CPF.
