Valentine’s Day Florist (Hourly | Peak Season)

Be part of our Valentine’s Day floral team! We’re looking for experienced florists to support our operations during the busiest period of the year. This role is best suited for individuals who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange bouquets and carry out professional wrapping

• Prepare flowers for Valentine’s Day production

• Maintain consistency in quality and visual presentation

• Support urgent and same-day orders

• Keep the workspace tidy, organised, and efficient

Working Hours & Shifts

• Flexible shift scheduling, based on production needs

• Minimum shift length: 6–9 hours

• During peak demand (especially closer to Valentine’s Day), extended hours may be required

• Shifts may occasionally run past 12:00 AM, and in high-volume situations, up to 3:00 AM

• Ideal for candidates who are flexible with timing and comfortable supporting urgent production deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior florist experience is preferred (able to work independently)

• Fast and precise with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

• Willing to work longer hours during peak demand
