Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Liaise with clients on project implementation, including site recce & setup, logistics and client servicing
  • Coordinate internal resources and work closely with third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle client and participant enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and ensure project performance and service quality
  • Support end-to-end project tasks to ensure successful site completion

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Experience in Healthcare / Events / Project Management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT savvy and comfortable with coordination tools
