Job description

Job responsibilities

-          Follow up with Managers on documents required

-          Assisting in sourcing for gifts and activities to value-add to clients to maintain relationships

-          Helping to consolidate details and executing events at physical venues or online

-          Drafting of letters and correspondences with clients during special holidays and anniversaries

-          Helping to arrange and set appointments for Managers

-          Documenting expenses and tracking of finances

-          Reaching out to school clubs for collaboration, emailing and touching base with students via various media outlets

-          Organizing system for filing administrative documents

-          Any other ad-hoc tasks
 

Requirements

-          Minimum local Diploma awarded by a recognized polytechnic or tertiary education level bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-          Minimum 21 years old and above 

-          Proactive and able to work independently

-          Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines

-          Positive learning attitude :)
