Responsibilities
Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks, smoothies, and other beverages according to standardized recipes.
Handle daily café operations including cashiering, order taking, and drink preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.
Ensure proper stock management and timely replenishment of ingredients.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with promotional campaigns and upselling of menu items.
