Café Service Crew (Waiter / Waitress) / Barista / Supervisor

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in various roles at our glasshouse café! Whether you are a passionate Service Crew member, an experienced Barista, or an inspiring Supervisor, we have an opportunity for you to shine and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

·       Serve food & drinks

·       Ensure outlet readiness and exceptional customer experience

·       Recommend menu specials and promotional items to customers

·       Responsible for opening and closing duties

·       Maintain cleanliness, quality control and inventory

·       Provide timely feedback on operational issues

·       (For Barista) Dial in espresso, latte art and various methods of coffee brewing

·       (For Supervisor) Assist the Manager with daily operations and team supervision

·       (For Supervisor) Train and guide team members to meet outlet standards

·       (For Supervisor) Maintain high levels of food & coffee knowledge

·       (For Supervisor) Oversee cash handling and ensure outlet cleanliness

·       (For Supervisor) Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve results

·       (For Supervisor) Take responsibility for inventory and provide operational feedback

Requirements 

·       Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level

·       Professional communication skills are required

·       Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge

·       Strong entrepreneurial mind and supervisory experience at a F&B establishment

·       Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills 

·       Great passion and enthusiasm for customer service 

·       For Service Crew (Waiter / Waitress), Barista - 1-2 years of experience in F&B

·       For Supervisor – 2 – 3 years of years of experience in F&B
