This is not a traditional office job.

Selected researchers will have opportunities to attend scheduled career and industry-sharing sessions, experience how different businesses and professions operate, and subsequently provide VISTA with structured feedback based on their experience.

As a Career Researcher, you may be assigned to:

• Attend scheduled career or industry-sharing sessions
• Explore unfamiliar professions, companies and business models
• Understand different workplace and sales cultures
• Observe how career opportunities are presented and communicated
• Evaluate your overall experience from a participant’s perspective
• Complete a short structured assessment after each assignment
• Share your observations and feedback with our research team
