Job description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques (cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach).
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
