Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high-quality standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise operational efficiency
• Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify and address areas for improvement
• Provide training and ongoing support to enhance the cleaning team’s skills and knowledge
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics
• Collaborate with management to evaluate and adopt new cleaning technologies and best practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs
• Proficiency in English and the local language to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
• Proactive and customer-focused approach to maintain high client satisfaction
