Job description
Salary: $13.60 per hour
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm
Location: Novena
Contract Period: Immediate – Till 31 Oct 2025, extendable based on business needs and performance
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbot
Job Requirements:
-Singaporean
- Candidates with prior customer service background preferred
- Good written communication skills
- Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data
- Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day
