Our Client Engagement & Events Executive plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and community, from intimate appreciation dinners to educational seminars for hundreds of guests. You'll be the one who makes people feel valued and keeps them coming back.
A Day in Your Role Might Include
Client Engagement
Develop and run client appreciation and retention programmes, including birthday greetings, milestone recognition and exclusive client experiences
Maintain regular contact with clients through calls, emails and newsletters to strengthen relationships
Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve service
Welcome and host clients at the office and at events, ensuring every interaction is warm and professional
Keep client information and engagement history updated in our CRM system
Events Planning & Execution
Plan, organise and run a calendar of events, including educational seminars, workshops, networking sessions, client appreciation nights and community outreach
Manage the full event lifecycle: concept, budgeting, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, guest invitations, registration, on-the-day logistics and post-event follow-up
Work with the digital team to promote events and drive registrations
Emcee or host smaller events and sessions when needed
Measure event success through attendance, feedback and follow-up outcomes
Partnerships & Community
Build relationships with corporate partners, community organisations, venues and vendors
Identify collaboration opportunities such as co-hosted events, corporate workshops and community initiatives
Represent the company at external networking events and industry functions
Who We're Looking For
Local Diploma or Degree
Outgoing, confident and personable, the kind of person who enjoys meeting new people
Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once
Calm and resourceful under pressure (things don't always go to plan on event day!)
A strong service mindset and genuine care for others' experience
Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend events
No prior experience required – we'll teach you everything you need to run great events
