About the Role

As our Client Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients. Your mission? Build rock-solid relationships, understand each client’s unique needs, and ensure they get the maximum value from our financial and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of individual and/or corporate clients for the finance industry

• Deliver proactive client engagement, quarterly reviews, and renewal management strategies.

• Understand client goals, business operations, and risks to recommend tailored financial and insurance products.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep knowledge of client needs.

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, product updates, and market trends that impact clients.

• Help refine client servicing strategies through data, feedback, and creative problem-solving
