Job description

Job Description:

  • Handles inbound calls from members of public 
  • Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary
  • Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
  • Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre environment and/or service-related industry
  • Possess O level/Higher NITEC
  • Able to converse with mandarin-speaking callers
  • Able to converse in dialects is a plus but not mandatory 
  • Able to handle multiple hotlines
