Contact Centre Agent - 1 Year Contract

  • Working days & hours: 5 days work week shift work including weekends
  • 3 shifts schedule: 8am-5.30pm, 8.30am-6pm, 1.30pm-11pm
  • Working location: 25 Ubi Rd 4, UbiX

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the customers
  • Understanding both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
  • Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
  • To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
  • Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.]

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in mandarin/dialects may be required depending on program requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess O-Level/Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre, customer support and customer service functions
