Customer Service Officer/Up to $2,000 + Allowance +VB +AWS (RB)

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $2,000 with yearly increment based on performance.

• $120 transport allowance + $66 flexible benefit allowance + eMedical card + Variable Bonus + AWS

• Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days and so on

• Split shifts roster (3.15 hours break time)

• Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Officer located in Islandwide. Our client processes fare transactions and provides transit ticketing services such as top-ups and you will be involved selling CEPAS cards and related products at ticket or concession card replacement offices in various MRT stations or bus interchanges. The responsibilities also include assisting customers with card top-ups, refunds, or claims. Additionally, the role requires supporting dispatch duties to different stations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level

• Must be comfortable with handling large amount of cash

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
