Job description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Distiller to join our craft spirits team. You will work closely with the Head Distiller to produce high-quality gin, whiskey, rum, and other artisanal spirits. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who value craftsmanship, precision, and cleanliness in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare ingredients for the brewing of whiskey, gin, and rum, while maintaining cleanliness.
  2. Monitor fermentation processes and maintain detailed records.
  3. Operate distillation equipment safely.
  4. Conduct quality checks and assist in sensory evaluations.
  5. Maintain detailed maturation and bottling records.
  6. Maintain production records and report findings.
  7. Collaborate with other team members.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science field, or a strong relevant background.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in distilling, brewing, or a science-based production role is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Male candidates aged 25–33 with a healthy physique.
