We are looking for a motivated and friendly Engagement Specialist to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Introduce our services professionally.
• Schedule appointments for our consultants.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with the consulting team to ensure smooth appointment coordination.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $12–$20 per hour (based on experience and performance).
