Job description

We are looking for Event and F&B crew members to join us for a halloween event at Haw Par Villa.

You will be deployed to:

Event Crew

• Assist with crowd control and visitor management.

• Support at ticketing counters, redemption booths, and entry points.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to organisers.

• Attend to general visitor enquiries and assist in wayfinding.

F&B Crew

• Assist with food and beverage preparation and serving.

• Manage sales and day-to-day operations at food booths.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.

• Prior event or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must be physically able-bodied (due to the venue layout and long standing hours).

• Commitment to all event days is highly preferred.

• Attire: Full black outfit with covered shoes.

• Willing to attend a pre-event briefing (date to be provided).

• For F&B Crew: SFA Food Handling Certificate preferred.
