Job scope
1. Event Planning & Coordination
• Understanding client requirements and objectives
• Developing event concepts and themes
• Creating event proposals and budgets
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and venues
2. Logistics & Operations
• Securing venues and necessary permits
• Managing event setup and teardown
• Coordinating audiovisual, catering, and transportation
• Ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Liaising with clients, sponsors, and partners
• Managing guest lists and RSVPs
• Handling VIP arrangements
4. Marketing & Promotion
• Assisting with event promotions via social media, email, or PR
• Designing event materials such as brochures and banners
• Engaging with media and influencers
5. On-site Event Management
• Overseeing event flow and schedules
• Troubleshooting issues during the event
• Ensuring smooth guest experience
6. Post-Event Activities
• Gathering feedback from attendees and clients
• Preparing post-event reports and evaluations
• Managing invoices and vendor payments
