Job description
Provide exceptional customer service, ensure customers have a pleasant and memorable dining experience, maintain customer satisfaction by being proactive in in-service operations. This includes:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Seat customers and take order
- Serve and clear food & beverages
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Ensure amenities and utensils are properly stocked
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
