JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests according to F&B standards.
- Understand menu items and recommend dishes confidently to guests.
- Prepare dining areas before opening and assist with closing duties.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall service area.
- Take orders, handle payments, and issue bills accurately.
- Welcome, seat, and attend to guests’ requests promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow club rules, operating procedures, and service standards.
