Role Overview:

• Follow up on leads provided by the agency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Schedule and set appointments with leads provided by the agency.
• Knowledge of financial products is advantageous.
• Open and willing to learn new skills.
• No cold calling, door knocking, roadshows, or selling to warm markets required.
