Job description

Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Expense Management

  • Handle daily data entry of company expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy record retrieval.

Sales Admin Support

  • Assist with delivery-related and self-collection order-taking through email, WhatsApp, and phone.

  • Process these orders efficiently, coordinate with relevant departments, and maintain order records.

Facilities & Maintenance Oversight

  • Monitor and uphold maintenance schedules for restaurant, event hall, and office spaces.

  • Ensure that services from vendors—like cleaning, equipment repairs, or catering—are properly executed.

Office & Inventory Management

  • Order and maintain office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Admin, or related fields; 1-2 years’ experience preferred, especially in F&B or hospitality 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills like pivot tables, v‑lookup) and accounting (XERO)

  • Strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail; ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
