Support full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) duties, including but not limited to:
Recruitment and staff confirmation
Onboarding and offboarding activities
Leave and benefits administration
Staff training
Work pass related matters, e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver etc
Management of HR System
Addressing employee's queries
Handle general office administration duties, e.g. managing office supplies / inventory list, lease renewal, maintenance of office equipment and assets, website management, filing and documentary support, and other Day to day administrative support.
Manage IT vendor to ensure company’s IT requirements are met.
