Job description
We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team. This role will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development. You'll help drive workforce growth and maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing insurance-related employee benefits programs, including health, life, and disability insurance plans.
Maintain accurate employee records, including licensure, certifications, and training compliance in the insurance industry.
Support performance reviews and create development plans that align with company goals and industry regulations.
Address employee concerns and conflicts, working to maintain a positive work environment and high morale within the insurance team.
Manage recruitment processes for various roles within the insurance sector, including agents, underwriters, and claims adjusters. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Requirements:
21 years old and above
Singaporean / PR
Diploma or Degree students and fresh grads are welcomed
Relevant working experience is not required
Enjoy engaging with people
Ability to work independently
Confident and effective communicator
