We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team. This role will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development. You'll help drive workforce growth and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in managing insurance-related employee benefits programs, including health, life, and disability insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including licensure, certifications, and training compliance in the insurance industry.
• Support performance reviews and create development plans that align with company goals and industry regulations.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, working to maintain a positive work environment and high morale within the insurance team.
• Manage recruitment processes for various roles within the insurance sector, including agents, underwriters, and claims adjusters. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Requirements:

• 21 years old and above
• Singaporean / PR
• Diploma or Degree students and fresh grads are welcomed
• Relevant working experience is not required 
• Enjoy engaging with people
• Ability to work independently
• Confident and effective communicator
