Job Description

  • Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
  • Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, liaising on interview & etc)
  • Build strong and positive work relationship with employee
  • Preparation of organization orientation and documentation for new staffs
  • Involved in staff claims
  • Assist in liaising with schools (ITEs, Polytechnics, or private institutions) to get students for internship
  • Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees information
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Entry Level or minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Possess a Higher Nitec in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
