💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 Basic + Monthly Commissions ($1,000 – $6,000)
📍 Location: Novena Office
Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6:30pm (OT paid if required till 8:30pm)

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers (bank-provided leads) to introduce General Insurance products (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness).

• Highlight the unique selling points of each plan.

• Engage customers through active listening to understand their concerns and needs.

• Cross-sell effectively and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Must have: BCP / PGI / HI Certifications

• Experience in Call Centre / Telesales preferred

• Male applicants must be NS-cleared (If exempted, supply letter)

• No job hopping / CBS issues / criminal records

• Sales-driven, motivated, and target-oriented

• No physical disabilities
