Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Installations: Travel to multiple client sites as assigned, to install and set up hardware, software, networking devices, and other IT systems based on specific project requirements.
• Hardware Setup: Unbox and assemble computers, servers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment; ensure proper installation and connection to necessary networks.
• Configuration and Setup: Assist in configuring devices and systems, ensuring proper connectivity, security settings, and software installations.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support by diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, such as connectivity problems, software bugs, and hardware malfunctions.
• Customer Support: Communicate with clients to understand installation requirements, address concerns, and offer basic troubleshooting advice.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and troubleshooting activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and other team members to address complex technical issues and escalate matters when necessary.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety and security guidelines while handling IT equipment and during on-site visits.

Working Conditions:
