About the Role:

As Artiste & Client Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in managing the sales enquires, client onboarding processes, and artiste booking & scheduling. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle wedding & corporate sales enquiries that come in. 
• Garner sales leads & work on proposals.
• Client on-boarding upon confirmation - prepare documents and assist with pre-event preparation.
• Working with Events Team on pre-event preparation & post-event follow up.
• Assist Artiste Team with booking and scheduling of musicians for confirmed events. 
• Cultivate and maintain relationship with partners and clients. 

Other areas: 

• Onsite Event Assistance when required. 
• ⁠Any other duties/tasks assigned by the Company Director or Department Leads. 

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR
• Interest in classical music and music in general
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A good, reliable and responsible team player.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for various events when needed.
• Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred.
• Applicants with experience in events and knowledge of music are preferred. 
• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply.

Duration: 

• Starting Jan 2026 onwards
• 4 months training period before confirmation to full-time if found suitable
• *Salary listed is for training period only 

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri, office hours
• Nights and weekends for various events when scheduled
