Job description

Job Description: 

  • To uphold and deliver all Bowling Alley and Youth products and services in accordance with the Club’s vision, mission and values, working united as a team within the department and beyond.
  • Ensure smooth operations for all responsibilities pertaining to events, camps, parties, classes and workshops.
  • Build good rapport and partnerships with key stakeholders, such as parents and children who utilize the facilities, fellow colleagues and external vendors.
  • Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders including line staff and Management.
  • To complete administrative aspects for the Bowling Alley and Youth Sections as agreed with the Project Executives and Manager.
  • Manage and execute the operations of all sections in Youth Department (Youth Areas, Classes & Programmes, Birthday parties, Camps, Corporate Events, & other Events)
  • Attend phone calls, handle reservations and assist Member’s queries promptly
  • Lead the set-up, execution, management and tear down of Youth events, Camps and other activities.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and side duties assigned by the Project Executives and Manager

Job Requirement:

  • Enjoy and love the company of young children
  • Experience in early childhood or running of operations in a kids-friendly environment would be advantageous
  • Meticulous with strong administrative skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Must be physically fit (movements required for events set-up and participation with kids when required
  • Good team player
