Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions
Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
Keep records of calls and record useful information
Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
1 - 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred
Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Remuneration:
Hourly rate: SGD 13 - 18
Commission based on sales performance
