💼 About the Role

We are inviting fresh graduates or undergrads to join us as Part-Time Academic Trainees.

As a tutor at IB Super, you’ll:

• Teach and support students in IB / IGCSE / O-Level Science (Math or Chemistry).
• Deliver lessons that are adapted to each student’s learning style and pace to help them learn effectively.
• Learn to apply IB Super’s 4Ps Learning Framework (Prior Knowledge, Present, Practice, Personalise).
• Receive structured training in:
  • Effective questioning and teaching strategies
  • Feedback and parent communication
  • Developing metacognitive learning habits in students
  • Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Create engaging lesson materials, worksheets, and videos for classroom and online teaching.

🎓 Requirements

• Degree or undergrad in Math or Chemistry related discipline from a recognised university.
• Strong academic foundation and a passion for education.
• Candidates with IB / IGCSE background or prior tutoring experience are advantageous.
