We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a Financial Advisor in a part-time, hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a high level of discretion when handling confidential financial and client information.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the Professional’s schedule, consisting of client appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Financial Advisor, including liaising with clients and their enquiries.
Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including compiling documents, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and client information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing digital and physical records, preparing reports, and managing expenses.
Support basic client onboarding and account administration processes, as required.

Qualifications:
Academics: Local Diploma / A-levels
Nationality: Singaporean / PR
