Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service to address any questions and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for customers, ensuring efficient and accurate appointment management.
  • Explain salon products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and answering any inquiries.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including processing sales transactions, handling cash, and using point-of-sale systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Availability to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Receptionist and Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
