We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our growing F&B Team!

Multiple locations available and most of them are in central of Singapore!

These are the brands under Creative Eateries - Suki-Ya, Tajimaya Yakiniku, Rocku Yakiniku, Barossa, Dopo Teatro, Vineyard, Tanglin Cook House, Siam Kitchen, Suki Suki Hot Pot, Siam Kitchen, Sarai Thai Fine AND Typhoon Cafe!  

Staff meals and in house training will be provided! Other that basic salaries, there are incentives for you guys as well! (With T&C apply)

🟢 Things that you need to do during your shift! 

🏃‍♀️ Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, together with Assistant Restaurant Manager. 

🏃‍♀️ Work with other other personnel to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers.

🏃‍♀️ Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.

🏃‍♀️ Conduct orientation and training. 

🏃‍♀️ Estimate food and beverage costs.

🏃‍♀️ Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.

🏃‍♀️ To hit all financial targets

🏃‍♀️ To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.

🏃‍♀️ Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

🏃‍♀️ Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

🏃‍♀️ Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Point of Sales system.

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills

· Passionate in providing excellent management and interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently and in a team
