🔎 Role & Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate (Full/Part-Timer) at Knockout Gear, you will:
• Serve walk-in customers: greet, assist, recommend products, and close sales.
• Manage inventory: stock-take, receiving deliveries, restocking shelves/racks, stock rotation and inventory control.
• Handle customer communications: respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and other channels; provide order updates, handle returns/exchanges, and offer after sales support.
• Maintain store presentation: organise displays, ensure cleanliness and attractive merchandising.
• Support new-arrival launches, promotions, and in-store events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and order activity
