We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Sales & Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning, drive sales performance, and deliver actionable insights for business growth. This role bridges analytics and execution — ideal for individuals who thrive in both numbers and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales data, market trends, and business metrics to support decision-making
• Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to track performance
• Support the sales team with insights, lead segmentation, and campaign optimisation
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with management, marketing, and operations to align business goals

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR, 21 years & above
• Minimum Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
